Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Engineers: Assist senior network engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s fiber and microwave networks.

  • Network Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management, and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for network-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
