Job Description 

Blink, a small but fast-growing ISP, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead and execute its marketing strategy. This role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and market growth across both fiber and microwave internet services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and campaign management, and a strong focus on results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at growing the company’s market share in residential and business sectors.

  • Brand Development: Strengthen Blink’s brand positioning in the market by highlighting its unique offerings like Sky Fiber, AirFiber, and fiber services.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

  • Customer Acquisition: Develop customer acquisition strategies and work closely with sales to increase conversion rates.

  • Product Marketing: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches such as AirFiber and other innovative services.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, helping shape product offerings and marketing messages.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a small marketing team, ensuring that all campaigns and marketing initiatives align with company objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer support, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the telecommunications, tech, or ISP sectors.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure success and optimize campaigns.

  • Product Marketing Experience: Experience in launching and promoting tech or internet-related products.

  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a small marketing team.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think creatively and innovatively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding of customer needs in both B2B and B2C markets.
